Kota bertumbuh dengan data, dialog dan aksi

Lokadata Wallacea is KotaBerdaya's open GIS platform. It puts the strategic potential and the development challenges of eastern Indonesian cities on one map, so residents, city governments and investors can see the same picture and act on it.

Goals from the business plan: refresh the profiles of 5 eastern Indonesian cities at least every two years, reach more than half of residents in each city once a year, and broker at least 5 government–investor MoUs on city-owned assets within five years.

IGNITEStakeholder mapping, local dialogues and community-based data systems.
UNVEILSpatial analysis, collaborative interpretation of the data, and launch of this platform.
EMPOWERParticipatory design, activation projects, advocacy and advisory support for partners.

Data sources

Poverty rate: BPS, Persentase Penduduk Miskin (P0) Menurut Provinsi, March 2026 (updated 5 Aug 2026).
HDI: BPS, [Metode Baru] IPM menurut Provinsi, 2024 (updated 15 May 2025).
Donor programmes: World Bank and ADB records from IATI via d-portal and their project pages; JICA from its Indonesia project map (May 2025) and press releases. Only programmes that name an eastern province or site are shown; nationwide programmes are left out. Locations are at province or site level, not exact footprints.
Boundaries: 38-province GeoJSON (ardian28/GeoJson-Indonesia-38-Provinsi), simplified for the web.

Listing types

IPRO, Investment Project Ready to Offer: a full feasibility study prepared by BKPM.
PPI, Peta Peluang Investasi: a BKPM pre-feasibility profile.
PID, Peluang Investasi Daerah: proposed by the regional government, often still a draft.

Corrections

Mautika Mandalika Hotel: BKPM's point falls in the sea east of Sumbawa, so it is placed at Kuta village, Pujut, as named in the listing.
Beef Cattle Farming, Bone: the BKPM record has no valid coordinates, so it is placed in Barebbo district as named in the listing.

Values are investment estimates from feasibility documents, not offers. Confirm with BKPM or the regional investment office (DPMPTSP) before acting on them.
